Bedlam Ceilidh |
| The
word ceilidh, Gaelic for party invites you to a night of song and
dance and generally having a good time. Bedlam Ceilidh are a friendly
five piece with a Morris dancer as a caller. They are all house
trained and offer all the usual folk fiddle, guitar, drums, bass
and accordion. They are an electric band which means they can offer
other dance styles such as rock and roll, waltzes, tangos and the
odd foxtrot. Go barmy with the Bedlam. |

| Since
their formation in 1995 the North West of England outfit have entertained
audiences ancient and modern, swiggers of poteen an porter, sportin'
blades and fair maids, ghosts and goblins, priests and poets, rakes
and rovers, hurlers and harpists, Nolans and Dolans, O'Connells
and O'Donnells, from Clare to Kildare, Lingered to Wexford in hotels
and theatres, churches and clubs, parlous and pubs. Sure they never
fail to entertain. |

Dancing Devils |
| a
lively folk rock band formed by violinist Richard. Since January
2000, the band has played over 150 dates. The band can adapt to
many different styles from folk through to jazz, rock and pop covers.
Additionally the group can break down to an acoustic format of
just three members for quieter or smaller events. They can offer
jazz or folk in this smaller line-up "Dancing Devils" are
all in their early 20's and hence are not only one of the youngest
folk bands on the scene but also bring with them an unprecedented
amount energy and enthusiasm that is particularly unique to this
line up of professionally trained musicians. |

dances are firmly established as a fun way to get everyone joining
in with the dancing and having a good time with good character
music. Steppin Out combine first class musicians with an experienced
caller, who will explain what to do as simply as possible, to make
it both easy and fun, as well as keeping things moving. If you

a four piece Irish Band, who play a fantastic and lively range
of Traditional and Contemporary Irish Music as well as Celtic Rock
and Country Rock & Roll. They are all professional musicians
who came together from academic, formal, semi~pro and session music
backgrounds, to form one of the liveliest bands in the UK Irish
music scene today. They generate a vibrant and energetic atmosphere
at live performances guaranteed to have you up on your feet dancing
and singing or more usually both at the same time. The Band are
no strangers to the folk scene and have been playing at pubs, clubs
and festivals throughout the UK for the past four years |
